If you recieve a damaged or mislabeled item please submit photos along with a description of your issue and order number to sales@cigarthreads.com and we will process your request in a timely fashion.

Because of the current COVID-19 protocols, our policy does not cover buyers remorse. It also does not cover products ordered in the wrong size and they will not be eligible for return or exchange at this time.

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver your items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer it will be returned to our facility. If your package needs to be sent back out, you will be charged for shipping.
